Lemon and Tarragon Chicken

here's a quick, easy and refreshing recipe for chicken. it's flavor combinations are new and gives a kick to an everyday dish.


8 parts chicken
Salt
Pepper
Chili Flakes
1/2 c olive oil
12 cloves of garlic
1/2 large onion, quartered
2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 lemon juice from a large lemon


Preheat oven to 375F
In a large dutch oven, arrange chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper and chilli flakes
Insert garlic cloves and onion in between chicken piece
Sqeeze lemon juice
Coat chicken with oregano and tarragon
Drizzle olive oil

Cover with foil
Bake for 45 mins. Remove cover and bake for another 15.
